Base Package

Our Base Package is perfect for clients who want expert help finding the right vehicle without the hassle of endless searching. KMA Vehicle Brokerage provides a personalized portfolio of vehicle options tailored to your needs, budget, and preferences, along with pricing details, dealership information, and professional guidance to help you make a confident decision.

  • Overview

    As part of the Base package, one of the first steps is completing the intake form

    which should take 5-10 minutes. During this process the form gathers client

    information and a general overview of wants/needs during the process.


    Once the form is submitted a remote/in person meeting will be set up to go over the

    process, timeline and expectations. 50% of the deposit will be due at the conclusion

    of this meeting.


    After the meeting, KMA Vehicle Brokerage will take the information and locate the

    vehicle/s that best fit the needs/wants of the client and present a portfolio of options.


    Within the portfolio will be the MSRP of the vehicle and incentive pricing. Location

    and name of the Dealership with a contact to reach out to if interested in the vehicle.

    If a vehicle fits the needs/wants of the client and is one they are willing to pursue the

    remaining 50% of the fee is due to KMA Vehicle Brokerage LLC.


    During this portfolio review our expert guidance and advice will be given to help you

    decide on your future vehicle purchase. Market trends will be discussed as well as

    important vehicle information.


    Within this package all dealer negotiations/discount pricing are solely up to the client to negotiate on their own terms and means.

Premier Package

Our Premier Package delivers full-service support throughout the entire vehicle buying process. From sourcing the right vehicle and negotiating dealership pricing to assisting with trade-ins, financing options, warranties, and delivery coordination, KMA Vehicle Brokerage works to create a smoother, more convenient, and stress-free purchasing experience from start to finish.

    down into monthly payment options with potential financing rates as well as

    dealership contact information. This pricing is locked down and approved by a Sales

    Manager at the respective dealership.


    During this portfolio review our expert guidance and advice will be given to help you

    decide on your future vehicle purchase. Market trends will be discussed as well as

    important vehicle information.


    For this pricing if a trade-in is needed that price will be established and included in

    the final numbers. If an extended warranty, service and/or GAP insurance is an

    option for the client, those prices will be provided as well.


    Vehicle delivery will be dependent upon the region and options available at the time

    of delivery. Some dealerships require in person signoffs and do not allow remote

    purchases.


    If there is an option that works best for you, the contact information is given to the

    dealership and to you to finalize the deal. The finalization of the deal includes filling

    out a credit report (if financing) with the dealership/lender and then organizing a time

    to complete necessary paperwork.


    If none of the options work best for you, we go back to work and find different options

    and will present those in a timeframe that is best suited to meet the client's needs.


    Upon completion of this process the remaining 50% of the balance is due to KMA

    Vehicle Brokerage LLC.

    KMA Vehicle Brokerage LLC., will also maintain values of all vehicles within the fleet

    and let you know when a good opportunity may arise to upgrade/trade in your

    current vehicle for a new company vehicle. By becoming our client, we will look at

    your business every quarter to review potential opportunities that may be beneficial for you. We also offer expert guidance on financing vs. leasing and how it effects your business.
